These Terms govern your use of Tyler Williams (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service is

The Service provides educational tools and content for behavioral-interview preparation, including an AI-assisted “story diagnostic” that gives feedback on stories you write. The tool diagnoses your own writing; it does not write stories for you.

No guarantee of outcomes

The Service is for practice and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee any particular result — including job offers, interviews, or scores. AI-generated feedback may contain errors and is not professional, legal, or career advice; use your own judgment.

The pass

• The 30-day pass is a one-time purchase of $19.99 (USD) that unlocks additional use for 30 days. It is not a recurring subscription and does not auto-renew.
• After the pass expires, your existing content stays viewable; only new generation is gated.
• See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.

Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse, scrape, overload, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.
• Don’t submit content you don’t have the right to share, or that is confidential to a third party.
• You’re responsible for the content you submit.

Accounts

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.

Intellectual property

The Service, its content, and the diagnostic methodology are owned by Tyler Williams. You keep ownership of the stories you submit.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties, and Tyler Williams is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
